How do I get there?

From North Dallas- Plano:

Take Hwy 75 North to McKinney.

Then take Exit 41 US-380 East for 22.1 miles to  FM 36 N

(When you  see the Valero truck stop on your right you are almost there. FM 36 north is coming up in about 1 mile on your left) You can only turn left on  FM 36N

LOOK FOR THE SIGN TO MERIT  Turn left (North) on FM 36 N go 2.2 miles to the lake entrance. The Lake will be on your left (West) side of the road.  You will see a  white pipe fence entrance with  (FLY N SKI RANCH) on the top.

  From DFW Airport: 

Take the North Airport Exit to TX-121 N (turns into Sam Rayburn Tollway for 29.6 miles to McKinney. TX-121 turns into Hwy 5. Follow Hwy 5 for approximately 2.5 miles to  Industrial.( Red Light) Turn Right (West) on Industrial to Airport Rd. ( Red Light) Turn left ( North) on Airport Rd. for 1.9 miles to Hwy 380. Go (right) on Hwy 380 for 19.5 miles to FM 36 N. (LOOK FOR THE SIGN TO MERIT) Go left  (North) on FM 36 N for 2.2 miles to the Lake. The lake will be on the (left) west side of FM 36 N. You will see a white pipe fence entrance  with  (FLY N SKI RANCH) at the top..

Flying your private plane: Our turf landing strip is adjacent to the lake. We are listed on the Dallas-Ft. Worth VFRTerminal Area Chart as FLY-N-SKI. Our identifier is 31XS. We are 8 miles due north of Caddo Mills Airport (7F3) and 12 miles northwest of Greenville Majors Field (GVT). Call for permission to land.
